Sketches and Lineart

In order (approximately) from newest to oldest.

Some of these have gotten turned into finished products. Some never will. Some still might. Some make me cringe just looking at them. Some were never meant to be more than doodles.

I thought I'd throw them up anyway, so folks could see the bizarre processes that go on when I make "art".

Sketch for my Shadowmud character, Fennel. Based off of a reference photo I took myself with the autotimer on the camera. Not the best reference photo ever, but what's artistic lisence for, then?

Preliminary sketch for an in-progress character portrait for another ShadowMUDder. Based off a provided photograph of the player.

Line art for the Triple Goddess picture under artwork. Done in Illustrator.

2001 and older

This has to have been from spring or summer 2001. I subsequently ruined it by coloring it with Crayola markers. Back when my idea of a hand was an appropriately shaped lump, and faces were 2D...

One of my first attempts at drawing a furry. Must have been spring 2001. It makes me want to hide my face in shame. The inked version is over here.
